Black Sheep Men ("Black Sheep", "we", "us") is a digital magazine published by Temo Wealth Consulting LLC. This policy explains what information we collect on blacksheepmen.com, how we use it and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Newsletter: if you subscribe, we collect your email address and the newsletters you choose. Our newsletters are sent through MailerLite, which stores your address on our behalf.
Contact form: if you write to us, we receive your name, email address and message. The form is processed by our hosting provider, Netlify.
Technical data: like any website, our hosting provider automatically processes basic technical information (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) to deliver and secure the site.

We do not ask for, and do not want, sensitive personal information.

How we use it

We use your information to send the newsletters you asked for, answer your messages, keep the site running and secure, and understand in aggregate which content is useful. We do not sell or rent your personal information.

Cookies and affiliate links

We don't use advertising or tracking cookies of our own. Some links on our site are affiliate links: when you click one, the retailer or affiliate network (for example Amazon, Awin, Impact, Rakuten Advertising, CJ or Skimlinks) may set cookies to attribute a purchase to us. Their use of that data is governed by their own privacy policies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Service providers

We share information only with providers that help us run Black Sheep — currently Netlify (hosting and forms) and MailerLite (newsletters) — and only as needed for them to provide their service. We may also disclose information if required by law.

Your choices and rights

You can unsubscribe from any newsletter with the link in every email. You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by writing to hey@blacksheepmen.com. Depending on where you live (for example California), you may have additional rights under local law; we will honor them.

Children

Black Sheep is written for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from them. Content about alcohol and other vices is intended for readers of legal drinking age (21+ in the U.S.).

Changes

We may update this policy; the date at the top shows the latest version.
